-Why do you choose natural wax instead of traditional paraffin?

We consciously choose natural wax, such as soy wax, because it ensures a much cleaner burn. Unlike paraffin, natural wax does not produce black smoke or harmful substances, which is better for indoor air quality and the environment.

-Are all your candles and wax melts handmade?

Absolutely, every item is lovingly handmade. In our studio, candles are carefully poured and finished, from the first drop to the final packaging.

Because this artisanal process requires so much precision, the color or subtle details may differ slightly from what you see in the photo. That's exactly what makes each candle so exclusive and personal.

-How do you ensure a long lifespan for your candle?

For best results, we recommend trimming the wick to about five millimeters before each use.

When lighting the candle for the first time, let it burn long enough until the top layer of wax has completely melted to the edge. This prevents tunneling in the wax.

-Why can slight irregularities sometimes be visible in the wax?

Vegetable wax is a natural material that reacts to temperature fluctuations. This can lead to subtle changes in texture, such as slight color differences or a thin, white haze.

This is not a sign of inferior quality, but rather proof of the purity and authentic, handmade character of your wax products.

-Are your products vegan?

Yes, our products are completely vegan. All our waxes are plant-based and our fragrances are also vegan and not tested on animals. This is a core value for us, and we always pay close attention to these requirements when sourcing our raw materials.

-How do you approach sustainability?

We strive to be as sustainable as possible, partly by choosing plant-based wax instead of mineral wax. We also reuse packaging materials, such as bubble wrap, that we receive ourselves from the wholesaler. Furthermore, we use as little plastic as possible, and opt for reusable metal tins for our wax melts. These tins can serve as convenient storage boxes after use, or as creative gifts.

-What is the delivery time for my order?

We do our utmost to ship your candles and wax melts as quickly as possible. On average, you can expect a delivery time of three to five business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code from us so you can closely follow the delivery.

-What happens to shipping during warm weather?

Because natural wax is sensitive to heat, candles and wax melts can soften during transport. To ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we may postpone shipping during extreme temperatures until the weather is a bit cooler. This prevents you from receiving melted products.
